5000 gpm Firefighting Pump with 550 gal Fuel Tank
The CWC firefighting pump is capable discharging up to 5,000 gallons per minute with heads up to 475 feet on four separate water monitors. In addition to providing well control personnel with water protection, the majority of oil/gas wells fires can be extinguished using one of these pumps. Note: 2 pumps are sent.
2000 gpm Firefighting Pump
The Godwin Dri-Prime 8" x 6" HL6/TS-2 is an automatic self-priming, centrifugal, two-stage high pressure discharge pump with maximum flows of 1,900 gallons per minute and heads to 470 feet or 203 psi. Like all Godwin Dri-Prime pumps, the HL6/TS-2 can prime and re-prime automatically from dry to 28 feet of suction lift.
Athey Wagon
The CWC Athey Wagon is deployed on wells that blowout and have debris on or around the well. It is used to remove debris from the around the wellhead or deploy tools to the wellhead such as a jet cutter.
Hydraulic Athey Wagon
The CWC Capping Athey Wagon is deployed on wells that are required to be capped while burning.
Dual Jet Abrasive Cutter
We were the first company to design, engineer, and build our own well control abrasive cutting system. The distinctive cutter design reduces the amount of time and cost to bring a well under control when capping, diverting or killing an oil or gas well blowout. The cutter system is more efficient, reduces cost, operates more safely and minimizes environmental concerns.
Single Jet Cutter
The single abrasive jet cutter is used on smaller cutting jobs where there is limited access to the object or a smaller object is to be cut. The single jet cutter comes with a tool box containing the tools and attachments required to assemble and use the cutter.
Command Center
The Command Center is sent to provide an office type of environment from which engineers can work during a well control event. In, addition, it provides a quiet place to hold meetings to discuss the calculations or procedures.
Tool Container
The Tool Container is used to provide tools and supplies to the Well Control Specialists. This container has a wide range of tools from hammer wrenches to snatch blocks and cable cutters. With years of experience to draw from CWC has learned what types of tools and supplies are required to perform a variety of task, and this container is kept fully stocked with these items.
CWC owns and maintains its equipment, keeping it in strategic locations. As a result, we can get it to your site with a shorter amount of travel time, which ultimately saves you time and money.
