Rig/ Field Inspection
The rig inspection is a visual examination of the rig and the related well control equipment and system. The rig inspection helps to ensure that the well control equipment supplied by the rig contractor is fit for purpose and is properly installed. This inspection has proven useful to operators and contractors in the past and can be used to develop operational procedures and policies during drilling in the critical portion of the well.
